YOU WERE NEVER MEANT TO BE STITCHED TOGETHER

The Secret of the Garment with No Seams

There’s a part of Yahusha’s crucifixion that we usually rush past.

Not the nails.
Not the mocking.
Not even the crown.

But the robe.

A seamless one.
Woven top to bottom.
Without a single stitch.

And while they tore up His outer garments,
they couldn’t tear this one.

The Text They Skipped Over

Yahuchanon (John) 19:23–24 (Cepher) says:

“Then the soldiers, when they had impaled Yahusha, took his garments, and made four parts…
And also his coat: now the coat was without seam, woven from the top throughout.
They said… ‘Let us not rend it, but cast lots for it…’”

👁️ Wait… hold up.

They divided everything but that?

Yeah.

Because what man didn’t create, man couldn’t break.

The Seamless Garment Was a Prophecy

That robe wasn’t just clothing.
It was a coded message from Yahuah.

  • Woven without seam = divine unity
  • Top to bottom = authority from the Shamayim (heavens)
  • No stitching = not manmade, not patched together

The Greek word for “seamless” is araphos.
The Hebrew idea? Teyachad (תֵּאחַד)…unified, one, indivisible.

It’s the same picture we see in the Temple veil.
In the body of Messiah.
In the Torah scrolls.

When something is divinely woven, it isn’t pieced together.

It’s spoken into form.
It’s whole by design.

The World Tore Everything… Except His Wholeness

They tore:

  • His outer garments
  • His skin
  • His reputation
  • His dignity

But that seamless garment?

They didn’t tear it.

They gambled for it.
Because when man doesn’t understand holiness,
he’ll either try to rip it apart or treat it like a game.

Now Let’s Flip It to You

Let me speak to your identity.

You weren’t created with scraps.

You weren’t stitched together with trauma, labels, or broken theology.

You were woven top to bottom,
Seamless. Set apart. Sacred.

Yahuah didn’t stitch you.
He spoke you into existence.

And what He spoke can’t be undone by human hands.

Real Talk, Poetri Style:

Your covering isn’t a costume.
It’s evidence of divine design.

You don’t need to fit into someone else’s pattern.
You are the pattern.
The original.
The echo of something from the throne room.

So stop letting the world:

  • Patch you with fake validation
  • Cut you down for not fitting in
  • Measure you by religious sizes

They tore His garments…
But yours?

Yahuah made it without seam.

Final Blessing:

Walk Seamless Today

May you remember what they couldn’t tear.
May you walk in what was woven without compromise.
May you stop explaining your pattern to people who gamble with holy things.

You are not stitched together.
You are woven in wonder.

“And what’s seamless…
Can’t be separated.

Testimony of Gratitude: How Yahuah Helped Me Fix a Van Ramp

My Endless Testimony

Yahuah where do I begin,
My testimony is like that one road that never ends.
Endless and winding it travels through
mountains going high…as high as the eye can see,
then comes down to deep valleys that I’m scared to drive through.
It’s underwater and above water at the same time.
Ask me to explain my testimony…it’s so complex,
Even I can’t understand it all the time.

When the Ramp Wouldn’t Come Out

I have one section that happened today.
Our handicap van has been giving us problems for years now.
A couple days ago, I had reached my limit.
The ramp didn’t come out, my wife was outside
Unable to make it in.
Oh, did I mention we weren’t home…we were out.
So, Juren had no way of getting home.
I felt like a useless husband who couldn’t take care
of the basic things to keep my wife safe and secure.

I prayed, and I prayed to make it come out.
Yahuah didn’t make the ramp come out.
Instead He had me drive to a curb
and a man gave us some plywood
And we drove right in.
HalleluYah.

Discovering the Manual Way

I thanked Yahuah but was still wondering why the ramp didn’t come out.
I took it to a shop and he told me there was a manual way to open up the ramp.
What? A manual way.
I done had this van for ten years and I am just now hearing about this.
He showed me how to do it.
It was a little bit of work…but I got it done
So Juren could get in and out of the car…
I thanked Yahuah…
but still was wondering why didn’t the ramp come out.

A Writer With Tools

Today, I decided to look at the ramp.
Mind you, I know nothing about cars.
I’m a writer. I can drive them…sit in them…
And I can dang sure write a poem about them…
But that is about it.

I grabbed my tools that I never use
’cause I am not a handyman.
Don’t know nothing about being handy.
I don’t think I am even an Arm-man.
I can for sure write about being a handyman, I can tell you that.
So that’s about it.

Knowing this, I prayed and grabbed my tools to see what I could do.
I got on the ground and proceeded to operate on my car.
I had my headphones on listening to a recording I made simply saying:
“THANK YOU, YAHUAH”
over and over and over again.

And after looking, screwing and unscrewing, and pushing and pulling,
And typing in ChatGPT to find out what I do next…

Do you know…YAHUAH pulled that ramp out.

My Testimony of Gratitude

This might not sound like a big testimony to you,
But being able to fix that van so that my wife
can get in and out of the van and go where she pleases
is super big to me.

Yahuah took a man who knew nothing about cars or being a handyman
And allowed me to fix this van.

Now, it ain’t all the way fixed, it still has some work it needs to be done.
But for today…my wife and I can go out
and take the town like we were going to do.

Thank you, Yahuah.
Thank you, Yahuah.
THANK YOU, YAHUAH!

Because sometimes the testimony is not about the ramp,
It’s about the reminder—
That Yahuah equips the unskilled,
That He shows up in the ordinary,
That He makes a writer into a mechanic for a day
just so love can keep moving.

HalleluYah.

 Qodesh Ground

Before I start, I want to tell you this is from my devotional POETRI’S TORAH COMPANION! You can get it to for free here. Now here is the scroll. Be blessed.

📖 Core Verse (Shemoth 3:5)

“And he said, Draw not nigh hither: put off your shoes from off your feet, for the place whereon you stand is holy ground.”

✨ Theme Summary

Holiness shifts the atmosphere. The wilderness doesn’t look like a sanctuary, yet the Presence transforms sand into sanctuary, thorns into altar. What made the ground holy was not its nature, but Yahuah’s presence dwelling there. The bush burned, but the fire did not consume—because holiness is not destruction, but distinction.

Mosheh had to learn: closeness to Yahuah demands uncovering, surrender, and reverence. The sandals—man-made coverings, dust-collectors, boundaries between flesh and earth—had to come off. Holiness begins where we stop hiding.

🔡 Hebrew Word Breakdown

  • Qodesh (קֹדֶשׁ / Qadosh)
    • Meaning: Set-apart, sacred, holy
    • Root: קדש (qof-dalet-shin)
    • Prophetic insight: To be “qodesh” is not about glowing purity but about being set apart for Yahuah’s presence. The ground wasn’t morally pure, yet it became sacred by encounter.
  • Adamah (אֲדָמָה)
    • Meaning: Ground, soil, earth
    • Root: אדם (aleph-dalet-mem) — also tied to adam (man)
    • Prophetic insight: The ground became holy because the Creator of adam (man) touched the adamah(earth). Holiness redeems the dust we are made of.
  • Na‘al (נַעַל)
    • Meaning: Sandal, shoe
    • Root: נעל (nun-ayin-lamed), also carries the sense of restraining or locking up
    • Prophetic insight: Removing the sandals is not just a gesture of respect—it’s loosening what restricts. It’s exposure, standing barefoot in raw contact with holiness.

🔮 Divine Insight

Holiness is not confined to temples, it erupts in deserts. It does not wait for altars built by men, it claims ground wherever Yahuah dwells.

The act of removing sandals is the prophetic stripping of barriers. Mosheh had to remove the dust-collecting symbols of his wandering, his man-made shields, to meet Yahuah unmediated. This is a call to us: let go of the coverings you crafted, and meet Yahuah with your dust bare to His fire.

🌍 Life Application

  • Recognize holy ground: Yahuah may turn your workplace, your wilderness, even your pain into sacred encounter.
  • Remove sandals: Let go of habits, pride, or excuses that keep you insulated from Yahuah’s raw presence.
  • Approach slowly: Do not rush holy encounters. Reverence begins in pause, silence, and awe.

✏️ Journal Prompts

  1. What “sandals” in my life keep me from direct contact with Yahuah’s presence?
  2. Where is Yahuah turning ordinary ground in my life into holy ground?
  3. How do I practice reverence when His presence draws near?

🙏 Short Raw Prayer

Yahuah, strip me of my coverings. I take off the shoes of pride, of fear, of control. Let me stand in awe on the ground You make holy. Teach me to tremble rightly, to draw near without presumption, to bow low where You choose to dwell.

🎤 Spoken Word Starter

“Take off your sandals—
this dust beneath your feet is no longer dust,
this wilderness is no longer wilderness.
Holiness doesn’t wait for temples—
it burns in bushes,
it whispers in deserts,
it makes dirt sacred.
So strip your shoes,
strip your pride,
and feel the fire kiss your bare ground…”

When Sleep Turns into Tyrone Jenkins

“When Sleep Turns Into Tyrone Jenkins | My Sleep Apnea Story With Yahuah”

Faith meets health in my sleep apnea story. Discover Yahuah’s goodness, CPAP alternatives, and prayers for better sleep that bring real hope.

Yahuah is so good. He is good. He is the very definition of good. Honestly, it’s more accurate to say “good” is Yahuah. Anytime you describe goodness, you are really describing Him.

So here’s the deal. This is personal. It started as a journal entry, but I felt led to share it because Yahuah keeps amazing me. Sometimes I forget that He is ALL-MIGHTY. My prayer is simple: Please, Father, never let me forget how truly AWESOME You are.

My Sleep Apnea Story

For the past few months, I haven’t been sleeping that well. Which is wild, because right before that, I was sleeping great. I’m talking “fall asleep one way and wake up sideways across the bed” type of great. That deep, off-the-hook, body-resetting kind of sleep.

(Okay, okay… part of that was because I had some ORMUS. That stuff is magical. I ran out, and I need to get more. And yes, I know that wasn’t proper English. But you feel me.)

Lately though, sleep has been a struggle. And if you’ve ever dealt with sleep apnea struggles, you know how it can change your whole mood, your energy, even your spirit.

Learning From My Daughter

One day my daughter was telling me about something she learned in school. She kept saying “sleep… sleep…” but couldn’t remember the exact word. I already knew where she was going.

“Apnea? Sleep Apnea?” I asked.

Her eyes lit up. “YEAH, that’s it!”

What she didn’t know was that years ago I had gone through all the tests and evaluations. And yes… I had been diagnosed with sleep apnea. She reminded me that it messes with your rest, can lead to high blood pressure, even strokes. She said I should look into it again. Later that night, she texted me research she found on masks and treatments. That planted a seed.

Mama Juren’s Reminder

Then Mama Juren jumped in too. She sent me mouthpieces and other things that help reduce snoring.

Back when I was first tested, they discovered I was stopping breathing about 45 times a minute. The doctors put me on a CPAP mask. Let me tell you… it was horrible. Pure D horrible. If there’s a Hebrew word for horrible, that mask was it.

This was 20 years ago. I wore it for a few months, maybe even a year, but eventually gave up. My breathing at night was fine with it, but nothing else felt right. So I convinced myself I had “cured” my sleep apnea.

Twenty Years Later, Still Struggling With Sleep

Fast forward 20 years. I’m still struggling with sleep and probably stopping breathing 90 times a minute now. I can’t ignore it anymore.

I woke up one morning with the conviction that Yahuah was telling me to act. So I started researching again. Instead of the giant mask, I found something new… a device that just wraps around my nose. That’s what I’m going to try next.

If you’ve ever searched for CPAP alternatives or wondered if faith can carry you through health battles, this is me saying: yes, it can. Yahuah cares even about your rest.

Prayers for Better Sleep

Here’s where I need your help. Pray for me. Because when I don’t sleep, my light dims. I turn into a different person. My name isn’t Poetri anymore, it’s Tyrone. Tyrone Jenkins. Mean, mad, and sad for no reason.

Pray that I stay myself. Pray that I stay Poetri. I’d appreciate it more than you know.

Invisible Poem
